Most bookings are same-week, Monday to Saturday. Urgent jobs — an active leak, no power to a room, no cooling in summer — are pushed up the list wherever we can.

You get a price before any work begins and you approve it first. For jobs that need an on-site look, mention it when you contact us and we'll explain how the visit works.

Yes — that's the whole idea. List everything when you get in touch (for example an AC service, a dripping tap and a few shelves) and we'll do it in one visit where possible.
