How often should AC units be serviced in Dubai?
For most homes, every 3–6 months during heavy-use months. Units that run almost year-round benefit from a quarterly service, which is easy to set up on an annual plan.
My AC isn't cooling — is that a gas problem?
Sometimes, but not always. Weak cooling can be a dirty coil or filter, a failing fan, a blocked drain or a sensor fault. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending a gas top-up.
Do you install new split units?
Yes — we supply and fit new split units, relocate existing ones, and replace units that are beyond economical repair. You get a quote for the unit and the fitting before we proceed.
