How much does an AMC cost?
It depends on the property — number and type of AC units, villa or apartment, and how many service visits you want. Message us with the details and we'll put a plan and a price together.
What's not covered?
Major parts, compressor replacement, full rewires, renovations and anything outside routine maintenance are quoted separately. The contract covers routine servicing and minor call-outs.
Can I start an AMC any time of year?
Yes. The plan runs 12 months from the start date, and we'll schedule the first AC service to suit.
