What areas of Dubai do you cover?
We work across 17 communities including Dubai Marina, JVC, Business Bay, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Al Qusais, DAMAC Hills, Silicon Oasis and more. We're a mobile service, so if you're nearby but not listed, just ask.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We're closed on Sundays. Send a WhatsApp any time and we'll reply during working hours.
Do you charge for a quote or call-out?
We give you a price before any work begins and you approve it first. For anything that needs an on-site look, tell us during booking and we'll explain how the visit is handled.
Can one visit cover more than one job?
Yes — that's the point of using one team. Give us the full list when you book (for example an AC service plus a leaking tap plus a wobbly shelf) and we'll handle it in a single visit where possible.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. Our AMC plans cover scheduled AC servicing plus priority call-outs for common plumbing and electrical issues, on a simple yearly basis. See the AMC page or message us for a plan suited to your property.
Which services do you not offer?
We don't currently do swimming pool maintenance, water tank cleaning, waterproofing, or sink-only unclogging as a standalone job. For everything else on our services list, we've got you covered.
